Lifeboat charity

Although I'm no longer a crew member with my local lifeboat ( Sea Palling Independent Lifeboat ) due to the fact that I wanted to join the Coastguard and you can't do both as its a conflict of interests I'm still a committee member and take a great interest in them .These guys go out in in all weathers and conditions and train really hard and give up huge amounts of their time . Their dedication is second to none and they recieve no money what so ever .All fund raising is done by the crew and local people and its not easy as it costs £14,000 a year to run the boat . They have just launched a new website   www.pallingrescue.co.uk  and now offer paypal donations .If anyone would like to give money to charity in the coming year please would you consider Palling Lifeboat .
