Well Wife is trying to kill me!

Well I am on day 3 of the Weight watchers plan I am dying. I told her I would stick to it , but she has to count my points and set everything up for me. I thought it would be a buttload of work and she would cave in , but no. I am starving and looking at the dog as a snack.

I feel for you John , I have been trying to get my weight from 100kg to 95kg for ages with no luck  :( :(.(sorta watching what I eat & sorta exercising does not seem to work  ::) :D)

think ifin i could quit drinking soda i'd drop some weight. I stopped buying them at the store so i guess that's a step in the right direction.

Seriously, one thing you may want to try is to drink some broths or soup when you are feeling darn hungry but it's not the time for meals yet. The liquid fills you up, and because it's hot and steamy it does wonders for your nutrient- hungry gut. :)

honestly, I would drop the weight watchers, it is a bit of scam.  All they do is take the calories and put them into "simple" numbers.

I lost about 6st just counting calories and limiting myself to 1000 - 1500 calories per day.

A single can of full sugar soda contains as many calories as a chocolate bar, so yes.  Just buy diet soda, it has no calories, it takes a little getting used to the different taste, but once you do sugar soda tastes odd.
