That would be a great one to attend.... tragically I can't though.  I blew my budget on SHOT!

One of these years though....

It's not the looking that is the problem (although I have never managed to "just look" at a show) it's the travel and accommodations, although Toronto isn't too bad as my brother lives in Innisfil.  And, it would be nice to visit the city and all my old stomping grounds....

I spent a number of years living/working in Toronto, Barrie, London and some other surrounding areas- it would be nice to go back, but I don't think it's in the cards this year.  Next year is a different story though... :D

Count on it!  :D

I've already met Brian Tighe, and you are the only other Canadian Knifemaker that I know of in the CRKT pasture, so I need a cheesy "shaking hands and smiling" picture with you!  :D

Brian's a great guy. There was also Greg Lightfoot when I first met with them, but I'm not sure what he is up to in the factories right now.

Yeah, Brian let me ride on his plane back to Toronto from Las Vegas this year!  :D

I don't think Greg was at the Show this year, and I don't recall seeing him there the last couple of years either.  If I had, I would have definitely gotten the cheesy photo.  It's kind of a trademark of mine.  Everyone does photos like that thinking they are respectable, but I think they are utter cheese.  So, I get everyone to pose like that and I laugh my ass off about it afterwards.  Kinda like collecting Last Supper TV trays....
