Kind of a dumb security guy too.  I assume he's another one of those bruisers that intelligent security people hire as "bullet catchers."   ::)

Shots to the groin are considered lethal force, and since Captain Duct Tape didn't seem to have any weapons it seems like an open and shut case for excessive force.  It's lucky for him that Duct Tape Man wasn't smart enough to press charges...

Yeah, after that "flying tackle", the bellow the belt stuff seems like it must have been just for the heck of it. OUCH!  :o
