2 Interesting Knives.
on: March 02, 2010, 12:35:26 AM
I just got in today, a couple of interesting knives.

The first is marked PSA 1974. It has two Victorinox penknife blades, and is 58mm in length. Funny thing is, I haven't the slightest clue what it is. I can't seem to find it on SAKWiki. On top of that, I have no clue what the logo means. At least I know when the knife was produced. The inlay is metal and rather well done.

The back of the knife does not feature the Victorinox symbol.

The next knife is easier to ID. It is a Wenger Gawain with beautiful metal scales.

The closest I can come, Chako, to the first one is a Physician's knife, but with the emergency blade replaced with a second small blade.

I would guess that, like the Physicians knife, this is a limited run.  Pure guess work though. :)

That Wenger is a handsome piece though. :tu:

The neat thing about the first knife is it has 2 "Victoria" tang stamped main pen style blades. An unusual advertising knife indeed. Do you have a photo of the rear tang stamps for this?

Here you go.

Both blades have Victoria with a crossbow through it on the reverse side.
