My first boat

Got me first boat today  :D Its an ex council beach patrol boat and I got it for £80  :D  Its been sitting outside for years but is in quite good condition . Just needs and new rubbing strake , the seats going and will be replaced and a jolly good scrub . Obviously I need to lay my hands on an engine but the people I mix with someones bound to have one in their garage I can borrow for a test  :D  Was going to have it on the river but more likely will have it on the sea as its only a 300 yrds away and its easier to set up for sea and then take on the river .

Its not much but its mine  :D  Feels just like when I got my first car  :D

Rubbing strake is the correct term for rubbing strip that runs around the boat to act as a bumber .
