that beer is from a brewery ca. 10 kilometers away:)

So you're from middle Hessen, I'd guess.  :salute:

Welcome to the forum, peddy

I've been messing around with this one today, to the point where I had to order a Spirit X too. Can't wait to get it!

I posted this elsewhere but find it so epic that i need to share here, my Swisstool BS, modded by Victorinox, its technically a XBS without a capcrimper, you can not buy this in that configuration, very happy with it and a testament to the glorious service from Vic. They let me even keep the blade (wanted it for some custom project down the line) and send me spare screws for the excellent clip (heard they could break, mine has held up, sadly only had normal stainless, not burnished ones, stated on the little note in handwriting, neat little personal touch)

I had 5 in total but gifted the old butter knife Spirit to a friend (he still uses it almost 20 years later), sold a black spirit (i just dont like the spirit) and sold my old 98 Swisstool X because 2 are enough for me and i dont have that much money to spare. 2 Swisstools is the perfect amount for me, if one needs fixing (takes a month or so) i got a spare.

You definitely need a few more, but that's a decent starter collection.

If any of you is looking for carry options, i found a very nice sized edc pouch, Vanquest ppm Husky 2.0, fits enough stuff, small enough for jacket or cargo pants pockets. And i highly recommend the plasic holder from Victorinox if you like to hip carry, very fast deployment, doesnt get in the way, is sturdy and works with the clip.
At home i often carry my ST with the clip on the waistband of sweatpants/shorts.

Thank you Rizio!  I really do like the full sized Swiss Tools.  They're rugged and yet so elegant.  This one has seen some hard use but you'd never know it to see it or handle it.

Great pics. I enjoy my Swiss tools and Spirit models. Just procured a mint S in stainless. Beautiful tool and I think my favorite variant. I also found it in black a few months ago. So, one of each.  😁

Thanks Stitch!  It's a solid piece of gear.  I should probably pick up a black oxide version  :D
