Spyderco's double stuff is a bit thin for me, double the thickness would be perfect. In fact I would prefer the white/gray part separate, twice the available surface before need cleaning.

I have a Lansky sharping system it took me a while to master it. It puts a good edge on a SAK. I also bought a Lansky 4 stick turn box
http://www.amazon.com/Lansky-4-rod-Crock-Sharpener-LCD5D/dp/B000B8FW0E
I don't use my Lansky system much any more i only use it to reprofile blades that are in bad shape. A few passes on my turn box turns my knifes into razors even ones i have just sharpend with the Lansky system (i don't have the extra fine stone). It also keeps my kitchen knifes in great shape.

I think Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.
