This knife has been discontinued by Wenger and currently sell on eBay for $150 and up. If you work on watches and need a nice all purpose tool this is it. I just ordered 5 of them, because in a year they will be over $200.

Also known as the Minathor (?).  Thanks for the heads-up.  I was watching one on eBay a while back but even that was $94.50 before shipping costs.  All the ones on there now are $125 or so.

I believe it is a jeweler's screwdriver poked into some kind of mount that is attached to the knife.

I think it's the tool holder for the bits in the toolbox (to the right of the magnifying glass).  Looks like a good description at this site:
