 A Clydesdale among cyclists refers to riders that weigh 200 lbs and up..and thanks mostly to getting myself back aboard a bike seriously,it's now official I'm a Clyde no more..the scales tipped as 198 this morning.In just a years time of some dedicated peddling,I dropped 42 pounds!!! I might celebrate with a Big Mac!!

Merit Badges Take part in the christmas pool or a rak type giveaway. Those wanting to say thank you for a rak may also nominate for the santa. For those who posted like a boss.  I think I'll be going for a smaller and more stylish tutu...the color ranges are just sooooo more extensive for us more petite types ;D
         
 My target is 185,once I hit that,I plan to be less agressive in weight loss,and set up a weight maintenance routine.

Funny you should mention that- I'm around the 185 mark and shooting for 200!

I want to have it distributed a little more evenly than just around the middle!
