I can only just make out Joseph Rogers on the blade, stamped with the MOD arrow, 418 and oil the joints
Some muppet has tried sharpening the blade with a grinder  :bnghd: which would be OK if he had done it carefully but...  ::)

ABut any way the back springs are strong  :ahhh

I like the SAK Fisherman in blue, although I've always been of the opinion that bottle openers and shot glasses were better fishing options than corkscrews....

That’s about the only way you could get me to enjoy fishing, unless you have dynamite

I might have to move to the UK if'n they let ya'll fish with dynamite!     :D     :D      :D

+1  :tu:

I thought that’s how you did it in the USA

I used to see it done like that on Dukes of Hazzard when I was little :D

Some very cool scores there. The 74 AMEFA DAK is an interesting one. Tool combo that Victorinox never did.

Hi Tony

Nice finds!

I have a thing for friction folders......and that things is the fact I don't have any!

I have several friends in NZ, but that doesn't make the logistics any easier.

Then I see "Kroo friction folder from South Africa" and there's hope....

I believe you just cost me money!

K'roo BTW.......and with that bit of punctuation the name even makes sense  :D (to a local)

Thanks Gerhard I’ve seen it spelt both ways and didn't know which one was right  :salute:
They are rather nice but you could start with a Svord Peasant to see if you get along with friction folders?

I've wanted a friction folder since the day I first saw one, it's a solution I find beautiful in it's simplicity,  so I wants!  :D

Seems my "fixed blade only" collecting is going the way of the wind, guess I have to change to fixed blades and cheaper folders......
