Chris, I agree with you but leaving for good isn't the answer. Monitor your time. Set a time limit and stick to it even if its 5 minutes a day.

Time management is the only option for me or I'd have to quit too.

Well, a fortnight has gone by and .. I'm back The idea behind taking time off from the net was to free up time and thus be better able deal with some problems I'm experiencing. Great idea but a bad move as I just spent even more time worrying about stuff I can't change. I need my switch off time to stay sane. Thankyou for the comments BTW people
