Chris, I agree with you but leaving for good isn't the answer. Monitor your time. Set a time limit and stick to it even if its 5 minutes a day.  ;)

In this challenge,  carry one(1) Pliers-based or Non-pliers multitool that we always have prejudice against, hate or even fear and post a picture everyday for 30 days Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) In the spirit of the Batman utility belt. Well, a fortnight has gone by and .. I'm back  :D The idea behind taking time off from the net was to free up time and thus be better able deal with some problems I'm experiencing. Great idea but a bad move as I just spent even more time worrying about stuff I can't change. I need my switch off time to stay sane. Thankyou for the comments BTW people  :tu:
