Watches for trade (beaters) for your multi-tool
on: July 03, 2010, 07:58:55 PM
I decided to thin out and clean out my watch collection so I am getting rid of the following:

From left to right:

1)Seiko 5 - Automatic(self winding) with Seiko metal band. Glass display back.  This hand plenty of small scratches but is overall in good condition.  It has a scratch on the crystal which is which is why I am getting rid of it.  See pics below for close-ups.

2)Timex Ironman - Data Link watch.  Water Resist 100 meters, with timex velcro/nylon band.  This works but the battery died and I did not replace it.  I do not have the data dock that originally came with it.

3)Timex Automatic - Vintage watch on new Speidel band.  This one is just a cool way to experience automatic watch movements.

4)Timex Quartz - This was a work watch for me at one time, I loved the layout of the display, it is heavily used.  Water resistant 100 meters.  Speidel band.

5)Pulsar Quartz Diver - Water resist 150 meters. Broken, no band.  This is included in this lot simply because I couldn't bear to throw it away.  It was a great watch when it worked.  Big and chunky on the wrist.

6)Pulsar Quartz - Water resist 100 meters, but is no longer water resistant This watch has no battery but worked fine prior to the battery dying.  I stopped wearing this watch becaubse it will develop condensation on the inside of the glass if submerged.

Keep in mind that none of these watches are perfect, but they do represent a good, quick start of a collection for anyone interested in watches.

What I am looking for is just one good multi, I'll probably go for some kind of SOG but please feel free to make offers of other cool stuff.  Any questions or better picture wanted  just let me know.

I can offer a nice BO SOG PowerAssist if you're interested?
Sometimes change is a good thing, other times not so much!

Did GG take the lot?  If not I might be interested in that Seiko 5.
When In doubt, C4
