Thanks. I think I will use kydex for this. That way I can basically build many storage compartments inside the sheath.

wow didn't know the premium sheath was flawed somehow.
I thought it was awesome.
hope you get it workin for you buddy!

I plan on making an insert like the one linked above. Only I'm going to add little compartments and allow it to be used with the little outside pocket. Hopefully I will make a ratchet screwdriver for mine similar to what evil did.
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?

Dont know how its taken me so long to get my membership in,but:

It has seen a couple of years hard use at work, used for everthing from shutting down water supply to the toilets to building the Starship Enterprise!

Doesnt see much carry ATM,unless I'm off mountain biking,or its a special occasion where I need the extra capacity and confidence. As much as I've learned to love my Fuse, and have a real SOG addiction, they all fall short of the Glory of Wave
There is no beginning,or ending, and for this we are thankful, cos now is hard enough to understand!

My Wave is the latest addition to a slowly growing collection og LM tools... Original PST, Super Tool, Skeletool (with half serrated 154CM blade), and now the latest Wave. Every single one is in use, albeit for different puposes.
Wondering when I'll find an excuse to buy another one, and what type it'll be :)

You putting a custom blade into your Wave   8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

That's sounds like a good idea. Maybe time to work on Damascus or perhaps add a kiridashi blade.

If it was shipped UPS, then yes. But it's coming via ONTRAC, so I'm not sure.

Definitely will  :D I plan on taking some "out of the box" pics, then I'm taking it out on a hike this weekend. Hopefully I can see what kinda damage I can do! Of course I will document this with pictures too.

Well now I have pics to update. I also made a kydex sleeve to keep the wave from falling out of the sheath. I went a little different route as I added a felt lining inside the kydex to protect the wave.

All safe and sound

Very nice work  :tu:

Did you have to use a little something to keep the sleeve from pulling out with the tool?
