Nice one, W!
 :like:

OT- As I look at pictures here, I noticed that when the handles are open the opposing blades have a bit of a gap. I relooked at mine and, sure enough, the PE blade and saw have maybe a hair's width between them (near the pivot), while the SE blade and file appears wider. Has anyone else notice this, or is it because of being a fluke or use? Just wondering, as it does not affect function and tip of pliers grip and align well.

-To clarify my previous post, what I meant was that my Wave does not have as much gap/spacing between opposing blades as compared to the ones pictured in this thread. It still works fine, but I was wondering if anyone else's like that.

I started a thread on that some years back. From memory I think the change was during 2014.

Nice mod there, W! :like:

If you don't mind me asking, for how long have you had the scalpel holder and what's your experience with it? Could it be possible to have a picture with pliers out, just to see how's the gap between the holder and saw? I'm considering a pair so I can modify mine to take to work (both places are no-knife-policy environments).

I ordered the scalpel holder on 23-3-20
and received it on 16-4-20
It’s a easy fit you just need to file a bit of
the flat lock part of the scalpel holder
Where it locks on the Wave handle
It only needs a small amount to be removed

Here is a pic of the Wave with the handles open
And there is still a gap between the tools
