I have a bottle in the pantry.  Not tried it before, I will report my findings next week 

  I'm on antibiotics at the moment and they don't play nice with alcohol

Bread is made of barley and yeast. You use both for beer, too. So just the banana is the strange thing  You can buy beer with banana here, too. Seems quite popular, but I've never tried it, and I don't know if it's comparable to that beer

german weißbiers often have banana-like overtones, I occasionally have someone at the bar I work at order a 'banana-weizen' - half banana nectar and half weißbier - I tried it once, its okay, an alternative to a shandy.

After last night Im giving alcohol a bit of a wide berth for a week or so XD I don't normally like beer but I'd still be tempted to try this

Its a Fyffe's Bananas smooth yellow alox Secretary. No bottle opener but suitable for the shot none the less

My impression was that it was acceptable.  It improved as I got further down the pint (as beer does ) but I won't be rushing out to grab another.
