Today was a crazy good day. Everything somehow all came in at once.

  • Victorinox SOS kit pouch
  • Old glass magnifier Explorer in great condition
  • Two pouches made from retired wool Swiss Army blankets.

Very nice ‘83  :like:

Added the Traveller and Traveller Lite today.  :woohoo:

A Climber with plus scale on one side and multifunctional LCD on the other (time, altimeter, barometer trend graph, alarm, count down and timer). Controlled through single button that’s cleverly built into the shield. Hook has the file surface like the Compact.

Normally not a fan of the shiny red transparent scales but these are textured with lots of interesting detail to see through the plastic so works with these models.

Traveller Lite adds inline Phillips and LED light, so quite a nice combination (with the scissors) for EDC.

I've always admired the Traveler, but was never quite sure whether the execution was as fine as the concept. Do you give it a thumbs up? I'm really digging those textured covers.

MAGnificent.

Thank you so much!!!  I'm positively overjoyed with my new toys.

The integration is good Buzz. The LCD window has a decent thickness and is solid (reminds me of the old 1st gen Nokia mobile phones), and slightly recessed so less likely to pick up scratches. Only caveat is that as an electronic device, it needs to avoid water, so a bit more care will be needed when cleaning and for any food prep. I’ll carry for a while to get some real-world experience. 👍

I think not SAK, at least bad condition. But I think first time see glass cutter in SAK form.

A little while ago I bought another Hiker on Italian amazon.
I bought one a short time ago for 20 euros - now I paid only 12.86 euros.
Even if I don't need a second piece at this price I couldn't resist!

Great price  :like: :tu:

Amazon is crazy :-)
I bought a Spartan for 13 euros now costs 27 euro
It is necessary to check the prices several times a day for a long time but often it is possible to do good business like this .. Even the Farmer has fallen a lot in price but I have promised myself to stay calm..

Interesting...

Closest I could find was a pic on Pinterest. Of course, link invalid so can’t find any info. Described as German folding knife with glass cutter, MOP.

Looks similar pattern knife...
