Picked up a Wenger Trailblazer as I like Phillips more than corkscrew and don’t really see any discussion of the model. Bought one sealed in box (says 5/1/89 on back). Trying to decide if I open it or keep sealed…
Nice find AF :like:

I think the only real answer here is to buy another one for use.

Personally, I'd open it.  :climber:  Good score regardless of what you decide to do with it!

I need to lay off eBay. I have a filter for newly listed Wengers, which are New in box. A NIB Serrated Highlander came up for $14.99 BIN with best offer. So I offered $14 to get the shipped price under $20 and he accepted. Seems like a no brainer for a brand new Wenger.

That's easy for me to do...I don't have the funds for new SAKs right now. Congratulations on your new addition and a great deal!

Finally got my complete set of red and black TimeKeepers and Super TimeKeepers with Roman Numerals. Not sure how long I have waited on just the right SAK at a semi reasonable price.

I finally got hold of the 2015 steel blue Cadet. I've been trying to find a reasonably priced one for months.

Received a Sportsman today. Really like the 84mm size.

Here it is next to the 91mm Spartan.

Added Nano clips to them both. I like these clips because they allow the tool to sit perpendicular in my pocket.

I went with the Sportsman over the Tourist  because of the file, otherwise the Tourist is just a scaled down Spartan, and thought it would nice to have something a little different so I went with the Sportsman because of the file.

Very nice

But have you considered the Tinker Small? Has the T-Phillips and feels really nice in-hand  :pok:

Haha! Lucky for me, I actually prefer the corkscrew, otherwise I'd jump on the Tinker small.

You're not helping the problem! I have a couple new SAK's that should be arriving later today and will post pics of them as they arrive!

I was not collecting zodiac series, but I found these at a decent price and I couldn't resist.
I love both, the knives and the boxes.

Now I want more... Specially the capricorn one.
