I recently had a custom SAK made to my specs by Robert Lessard (AKA SAKModder and here at MTo as Syph007).

I posted this in the Mod Squad forum also, in the Robert Lessard Custom Owner's thread, then realized not everyone goes to that forum....

Wow… what an exquisite work of art and craftsmanship!  It is a beautiful gem.  Having used custom Yeomans, that I have made, for a couple of years now, I was confident that a Yeoman made by Robert would serve me well.  It is still slightly less thick than the Yeomans I have made, even though it has a fold out drawer built into the back scale.  Now I can use my older Yeomans as my beaters, and this one as my dress knife.

Custom Yeoman features on this knife:
-Titanium Scales with a diamond pattern (tumbled finish, and a polished cross).
-Fold Out Drawer in scales for Toothpick, Tweezers, Pen and Ferro Rod or Leatherman Screwdriver bit.
    -Steel Pivots with torx screws
-Magnifier frame made of Silver Nickel
    -Titanium Liners

Thank you again, Robert!   :hatsoff:

Here are some photos showing this gem.  The last photo shows it snuggled up with a Kaweco Steel Sport and an Eagtac D3A Ti Flashlight in a Yellow Birch Outfitters PocKit Pico Classic Carry.

An Evogrip S101. I wanted the Tourist/Spartan toolset in thicker scales, as my arthritic right middle finger is increasingly troubled by thinner ones. I’ve been too lazy to try making thicker scales for said models!

So far, I like it. The scales give more grip than the smooth ones. The thickness of the back scale reduces the feel of the corkscrew in my palm. The lock release is fairly unobtrusive when I hold the knife properly. I’ve always preferred the shape of the Wenger large blade over Vic’s.

Random find. 10€. Wenger Europa Series.
It was very dirt, but its now minimally cleaned and oiled. Blade is ok, sharpened it.
Springs are all very good, except for the nail file thats not very strong but I think its normal.
My very first Wenger.

Here’s my list for this week:

Spartan Lite

Swisscard
Classic
2 Classic SD’s

Was $35 too much for a minichamp XL?

The classic is blue, the SD is blue and American flag printed, the spartan lite is ruby and the rest are red.

Happened to stumble on this Pioneer X, today, and had to bring it home.

Now all I have to do is figure out whether to add a suspension clip or a lanyard to it.

Decisions, decisions.

Picked up some 91mm plus and 84mm scales as well as just the front for an 85mm Wenger, guy didn’t have the back unfortunately. He also threw in a couple of front ecoline scales for me for free knowing I was after some which was nice, again shame no backs
