I liked these Damascus beauties a lot more when you could buy a 2016 Pioneer X for 216 euros. Now that it's nearly 400 for a big clunky decorative object that nobody is going to use, it's a lot less compelling. I mean it's beautiful to look at, the damascus pattern is "to-die-for" and I'd love to see that colour used on other non-damascus alox (I know, it won't happen) but it's not a must-buy like the earlier Damascuses were. I'm spending my coronavirus survival money on REAL KNIVES so I can fight off the ZOMBIES when they come bangin' on my door. Remember, kids, zombies don't care about Damascus blades!
