Very nice Zack - any chance of a pic next to a multitool or SAK to get an idea of size?
I used to come here a lot.

That's a nice knife! Do you have any information about it? I tried to google it, but we have a town called Alsdorf (my brother got married there!) and didn't get any useful output. I wonder if the knife is related to that town?

Mike Alsdorf is a custom knife maker who mainly makes slipjoints.  He likes to make things out of natural materials (bone, stag, exotic wood, etc) and he does all of his own work.  Meaning he grinds the blades, heat treats them, makes the scales, etc.  Every piece he makes is basically a one off.  Meaning, if he has already made a knife that you are interested in, it would have to be changed slightly (different handle, bolsters, ect).  Its a great knife, but it scares me to use it and mess it up.
