I owe you all some pictures...

I promised to take pictures of the ToolClip that I won from the raffle for David and his family. To be honest, I took the pictures shortly after I got this great tool, but forgot about them and they just sat on the memory card in the camera

So here they are, I hope you like them

And thanks again for this great tool

Edit: I should add to say that the ToolClip has found its place in my EDC Organizer where it replaces my Leatherman PSTII.

That tool is huge and heavy

10 cm without the plier head, and the head adds 3 cm, so it is 13 cm long. It weights 200g. But it looks and feels rock solid, and I guess you can do almost anything with the pliers that you could do with a regular tool. It's just nothing you want to carry in your pocket all day...

That's true, too

It's so heavy that I cannot move it more than a few cm. My better half had to carry it to the place where I wanted to take the pictures. About 50 cm in diameter and the same in height. Part of our old cherry tree. Don't have the exact weight of it

But the wood is just beautiful

Nah, don't worry about it. It was just that your post was so perfectly fitted the double meaning that I couldn't resist. "tool" can also mean smurf, So you were talking about "wood" and "tool" that was "huge and heavy", that you yourself couldn't move more than a few CM, that your better half had to carry so you could take pictures

They are indeed great pictures and the background is very fitting. Too big a tool for me to ever carry around though, but I do appreciate a good pair of real (non-needle nose) pliers

When you mention it, it does look a bit weird from the pictures to place it facing that direction. If they'l flipped it around it would have been supported by gravity pulling on the plier head instead of the much lighter handle
