Hey guys.   I found this site a few times through google searching, figured I'd join up.


So my name's Chris, I'm 24 and I've been taking things apart and occasionally putting them back together since I could hold a screwdriver.


I remember using my first Leatherman to take our VCR apart when I was a kid.  So years down the road I've since lost that wonderful tool, but I've always been a sucker for quality and versatility.   Currently I carry a SOG Powerlock and occasionally a Skeletool CX that I recently picked up.  I just ordered one of the original design Leatherman Waves.   Hopefully it'll serve me as well as that first one I had.

I'm looking forward to learning a lot from you guys.  Cheers!

It's gonna hurt even more after the Leatherman MUT finally gets released.   I think with a little elbow grease and modding I can turn it into a substantial general purpose MT.

It'll be just like my Skeletool, without me feel like I borrowed it from my girlfriend.
