Allright! time to get to it!
First off dissasebly. I think all of you know what needs to be done.
Heat the pivots for about 10-15 sec i did this using a mini torch have seen this done with a soldering iron aswell.
Then i pulled out my MT slaughter bench (thanks to Metro for the idea) very simple creation drill 2 holes in a aluminium slab and thread one of them.
(can add holes for spare bits etc probly gonna improve it further on)

After heating the screws come out really easy.. if they dont heat more!

Push the pivit out and blade swap is easy (screws are always on the side where the file/saw is so need to remove entire pin to get to the blade)

To fit the wingman scissors u need to make the hole in the scissors a bit bigger and i smurfed this up because i was inpatient to get this done so i didnt bring this to work and to drilled it out but did it at home instead with a dremmel witch resulted in a bit of play sadly easy fix however just need to get some really small pipe drill the hole a bit so it gets perfectly round push in the pipe and drill it to the right size.

It fits but dont have full spring tention so i removed it for now but some pics of what it looked like for a while^^

Here is what it looks like at the moment just a standard BO wave with S30V blade

Now to my main tool
Parts before assembly

I decided to go with my original idea for now and use the awl and extra bit driver and since the total is a bit thick ..to the beltsander!

Finished it off with some 600 grit wet.

Sadly the awl feels a littlebit weak.. so lets see what happens in use this might not be the final settup either but it works for now!
Then installed the Rebar head (which was crazy easy just pops right in) and the 154 cm blade
However when closed the pliers engaged the blade locking mecanism so i took out the diamondcoated file on my silver wave and just filed them down a bit, even tho i was tempted to do a zoidberg and compleatly remove the lock.
Plier head must be fully engaged to file the lock as easy as possible like so

Swapped the bits from my skeletool into my new (insert name here)

And it is done!!.. For now
