I am. Got my ribs started in the oven to be finished off on the grill later today. BBQ chicken, hot links and maybe roasted red taters.

I have leftovers from my grandmum that my father and uncle brought up for me. Went to the flea market today - in fact, I didn't realize it was also held on Sundays, so double-bonus - and also grabbed a large chunk of Baby Swiss cheese and a whole summer sausage.
OT: Also picked up mint copies of How Things Work, Vol. 1 & 2 for $4 total, which was nice.

I am, But I cant decide what to make. The choices are, deer burgers and hot dogs, beef ribs or corned beef in the house. I want to fire up the grill so I am leaning toward the burgers and dogs or beef ribs with corn on the cob.

I smoked spare ribs this weekend. They were the best ribs I've ever made and some of the best I've eaten. After quite a bit of trial-and-error, I finally have my recipe perfected.
Others who ate them with me agreed!

I smoked 30lbs of chicken in my barrel smoker Saturday for my granddaughter's birthday party and on Sunday we barbecued Lingica for my niece's birthday party.

I think Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.

For once I didn't have to do the grilling. The burgers and hot dogs were good too.
