Spyderco Warranty Help?

Anyone have a contact name/number I could get in touch with to make arrangements to send in my toxic green endura 4, emerson wave to have the lock fixed?  Blade just won't stay locked.   I'd rather speak to a real person because I'm so afraid being sent a different model.  I love this knife too much to lose!

Try the Toll-Free contact, the person in Warranty/Repair that generally deals with this sort of thing is Charlynn.

Or, if you're on BladeForums you can sometimes get a hold of Sal Glesser directly - considering how special this particular knife is, he might be willing to help you directly.  He moderates the Spyderco manufacturer subforum.
