Anyone use a cleaver when they cook?

Here are the 3 cleavers I use all the time - for the past 35 years  :ahhh

ALL 3 were purchased in  food shops in Chinatown in Boston, New York  and Montreal.

I use cleaver, santoku, and gyuto. I'm getting a cleaver in good steel so I'll be using it more often I suppose.

I have both a Victorinox cleaver and chef's knife. They were inexpensive and do a great job.

I have a lion marked Sabatier cleaver doing regular duties in our kitchen, which might be seen as a bit odd for vegetarians  ;)

Santoku covers most of my father's (the chef of the house, he has divine hands when cooking) chopping/cleaving needs.
