This looks a cool tool,I've handled one of Dave's (Davek) and I would like to try one out but not for the queens ransom asked in the UK  ::) so my question is it worth it if the price was right?

It's a great tool mate. I don't get to use it that much but the few times I needed a vise on the go it did quite well. :tu:

Side by Side: Crunch & PST

Crunch's file markings was from removing arc welding debris. Used it in class because it did everything I needed it to, and was more reliable than the welding tools I had gotten.

Bought mine around $65 a long time ago, when life was more pleasant & simpler.

As in "mint chocolate chip"? :D I actually got it in a trade or so from our own Andrew a while back and been carrying it in my backpack/murse ever since. Great bit of kit :tu: but being used as more of a backup, it doesn't see as much use as it deserves. These days it's "all joy for the Spirit" I'm afraid... :-\ :D

I sold my crunches awhile back as I just didn't have patience for the tool.  It took too much effort to operate  :-\

I got a beautiful one off of eBay for $35.  It even had the old style leather sheath which is much better.  It took some patience, but I got it done.

I think Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.
