Hello everyone. First sorry for the language, I use a translator for me is difficult to explain the problem.
I placed an order for 3 multitools  Leatherman to gad-zooks.com  and I paid immediately with paypal and money were taken.It 'comes the order confirmation email with the summary.


Gad Zooks Items
    1 Leatherman Military BLACK Blast Knife w/Nylon   @ $48.60 = $48.60
    1 Leatherman Military Black Surge w/nylon shth 831026   @ $81.48 = $81.48
    1 Leatherman Vista Hunting Pruners 830588 Camo Sheath   @ $45.60 = $45.60

Sub-Total: $175.68
Discount: ($10.00)
Shipping: $12.00 (USPS Express Mail International)
Sales Tax: $0.00
Gad Zooks Total: $177.68
Store Credit: -$0.00
TOTAL DUE: $177.68

Eier came the email with their order shipped ............. look at the difference:

Shipping: $44.50 (USPS Express Mail International)

There are three problems:

-) Leatherman Vista non shipped
-) Shipping price increased from $12  to  $44,50 !!!!!!!!!!
-) have held about $ 13 difference in price


I wrote to gad-Zook:

I am very sorry. We no longer have any of the Vista hunting pruners in stock so we had to cancel that item. I am sorry about any inconvenience this may cause. This model was discontinued so we are not able to get any more.

Hi,
ok but you refound the Vista pricing ( $ 45,60) or replace with a other multitool.  I need  the Victorinox SwissTool Black Anodized ( $ 64,47)  and I pay the $ 18,87 for the price difference.
Please let me know.


They have not responded more.........


I ask you if you can advise me on how to.I would explain to gad-zooks the problem but I can not call because I do not speak their language.I think it is right that reimburse the price difference that took. I do not know if it was a problem with their shipping price but I paid what I was asked. Priced at $ 12 I made the order at 44.50 but I never made any order.

I can go the U.S. Embassy which is near my house but I would solve the problem peacefully

Gad-zooks has been a very reliable seller in the past. I've ordered a few items from them in the past without incident. I was considering buying a Freestyle and PS4 from them. Now I might have to reconsider after reading about these latest problems.

Good idea.  I wouldn't recommend dealing with them right now, they don't seem to have their $#*! together...

Yes Steve, I paid the difference but order on their site has not changed. I think it's fair to have an email confirmation of the change. They sent me the tracking of two multi-purpose ........ now the shipment should be changed, the weight is increased. The thing that makes me angry is that they are unwilling to respond to email if not a few times.  ???

Their customer service is not good right now.  I would give them some more time to respond to your emails and if they don't we will contact them again.

An update:  Lindsey at Gad-Zooks has been pretty good at responding to my emails and has offered to make things right by sending Max his item and crediting him the overage in shipping from the last order towards International Express on this shipping.  As far as I can tell, their problem is lack of manpower right now and they're not able to ship the items timely enough.  Max, please update us as your items arrive so we'll know how this all works out.

Today the firs packge ( Surge & Blast ) left the Usa for Italy. I now expect the number of the second shipping from Gad-Zooks.

I just sent them an email...my first contact after the sales. I noted that the eBay question area for the sales now says they received my payment September 26, and not August 27.  :think:

One bit of advice is that you may want to request a refund on shipping if you feel that they are not holding up their end of the bargain.  I did so (their shipping is not inexpensive) and they credited me immediately.

I just sent them an ultimatum. If my S4 doesn't arrive by tuesday (which is when all packages that arrived in-country from friday-monday arrives here) I want a refund. That's about 3 times as long as packages normally take to get here, or twice as long as slow ones do. I seriously doubt they sent a replacement in the first place, so I'm not h0olding my breath. I sympathize with their problems, but it's not right for us as paying customers to pay the price for their problems.
