Um... well, I've actually been here for about 8 months now (with a post count to match), so I figured I should say hello...
From Canada, BC, Vancouver area. Met a couple of you (hi sean, hi gunga), sold stuff to more of you, argued with the rest. I do (as many people here) have an addiction to anything sharp, shiny or mechanical (except for guns - concussions from sports are bad for aim), and as such this board is likely a really, really unhealthy place for me to be. Thankfully, said addiction is balanced out by me being legendarily cheap, so that sort of helps.
Owned a painting company for a number of years, which is where I first got introduced to Leathermans, and it's been a slow and steady decline in to madness since then. Broke my back doing that so I branched out in to other things - by trade I'm a financial analyst and business consultant.
Otherwise, I've been a hiker/camper/outdoorsman for about as long as I can remember, something I got from my dad.
Erm, that's about it. Look forward to many more arguments with y'all in the future.
