It's a Lowe's "special".

This little beauty contains socket driver and selected SAE and metric sockets, 2 sized Phillips, 2 sized standard screwdrivers, awl, odd little single Allen head driver, bottle opener and "locking" blade knife in one heavy package.

This is no pocket tool.  More like a desk drawer or glove box tool.  However, I would not recommend this thing.  Why?
First, it appears fairly poorly thought out.  One would think that the correct orientation would be with the words upside right to open the sockets.  Wrong.  Upside down:

Even better, opening both sides shows one side will always be upside down:

Otherwise, the driver works fine, but there are better, smaller ratcheting socket drivers with a better selection of sizes in a more convenient package.

And now for the fatal blow:  The "locking" knife.  The next two pictures are with the blade fully locked:

THAT'S a LOT of play in the blade.  The blade is ground on one side with a combo style blade.

Unlike the Kobalt multitool, this one has critical flaws and I don't expect it to stay around long in stores.  However, I will be keeping it in my desk the purpose of loaning to coworkers.  :D

It's actually one of those things that someone who knows nothing about MT's or tools in general would look at and say''Wow that thing is so cool!'' At least it makes a good conversation piece. :o :D
