Excited to say I scored 2 (juice c2) today both brand new, one out of the display case and the other one still in box and unopened. Furthermore they were discounted! This was at a local orvis that is going out of business.

Keeping the one for myself and not sure what I’ll do with the other. Perhaps keep it in its box as a backup.

First juice and I’m looking forward to edc it for a while.

Any of you carry it in a leather slip in pocket? If so can you point me to one that fits it?

:iagree: Since they have been discontinued you would do well to put the one up and save it :salute: I rarely carry a Juice but they are a great size  Congrats on getting them on discount :tu:

Also, welcome to :MTO:

Thanks been lurking for ages but first post! I generally carry a Swiss tool x as my preferred multi tool (I also have a LM free p4 that I don’t really like) and I have a skeletool and a freestyle for when I want something even smaller - but I’m thrilled for the juice as an alternative to a SAK.

Glad you finally decided to post  The Juice is a very unique size and I wished it had taken off better because of how much utility they pack in such a small size :tu: :like:

I got lucky with this one. Other than some very minor scuffs on the handles it is like new. Once I got the factory burr off the blade it went straight in my pocket.

Here are some of my Juice models, along with others.
I think the Juice line was always one of my favorite.

:iagree: sad too see it go too

The CS4 was the first LM I owned and has been my go to MT for all my overseas trips for 20 years, perfect combo of size and utility and being non locking, acceptable in most jurisdictions

Here’s the pic I did on the weekend for the LM Collage thread

A great pic :like: and yet another reason I am sad to see the Juice line gone is how it is much more easily carried worldwide for the non locking tools on it :salute: It feels (in pocket) almost like a traditional pocket knife or a bigger SAK in size :salute: :like:

Glad I have a few  ::) :D

:iagree:

very easy to carry and like you say Poncho more like a SAK or pocket knife than a big old MT but with added bonus of pliers

…used last trip to fix the zip on my suitcase which exploded as I arrived in Ho Chi Minh city and was spilling everywhere as I took it off the conveyor belt.

Ended up needing a new suitcase but got me to the hotel and proved to me why I carry pliers and not just a SAK traveling.…I take a SAK as well of course :)

:salute:

Gutted was away for business and popped into a store that used to sell a decent range of Mt's. They have all the tools behind glass with and a card you take to the checkout to get the tool.     They had 15 cards for juices! Brilliant picked up a blue and yellow. Went to check out, the store assistant went off looking and came back and said out of stock! Might get some next week! I said can you be certain?  To which I got a shrug and you could always just buy a different one. The struggles of a collector!
So gutted!

Joining the club, A month of 2 ago my wife lost her gray XE6. At which point i found out they do not make them anymore, So I started prowling ebay and Craigslist, And since it is the second XE6 she's lost I thought I better stock up.
First one a blue CS4, $15 on Craigslist (shipping was extra) It is in such good shape I almost want to put it under glass. No scratches almost seems unused. What I found was that Pro's were selling for around the same as XE6's even though they are much more rare

I picked up 3 pros for under $100 each on ebay ($83, $74, and $90), 3 XE6's (one is in my wife's purse) the gen2 I bid wrong, I thought I was bidding in $ but it ended up, being a € so instead of $100 (my preferred limit) i spent over $130 on that one. ugh.

The  KF4 was/is a little rough but at $65 a steal. The scales are a little abused and the blades were less sharp than a butter knife. about 10 minutes on a worksharp precision adjust for the plain edge and another 5 on a spyderco sharpmaker for the serrated and it is hair popping sharp.

This is the perfect sized tool for my wife. Too small for me though, I end up with my hands covering it about up to the pliers pivot. Plus I need locking tools to keep from closing them up on my fingers. Hopefully leatherman will come out with a newer small tool like this.
