I have had similar dilemmas myself and I think the Cybertool or one of Neil's mods are your only possible answers at the moment.The perfect SAK still remains elusive to be honest.It's a PITA for sure - I like having a phillips but don't want the screwdriver so I'm stuck with the backspring one. There's just nothing else that goes opposite the inline one that I need!
