Well many war films have little or nothing to do with the war! I don't recall The Duke storming Normandy and single handedly sending the Nazis running before shooting all 2,000 of them dead with a single clip....Def

Although I loathe to call this wonderful film a "horror film," it does get lumped into that category. I refer to the original, director's cut of "The Wicker Man." Any movie with the incomparable Christopher Lee AND Edward Woodward has to be worthy of a look. If any of you check it out, try to avoid the shortened version meant for American audiences. It is the one most commonly found. The music alone is worth the cost. Lee's performance is the icing on the cake. It's supposedly his favorite film in which he's starred.Oh, by the way, Britt Ekland's nude in it as well (along with her bottom double). Just had to mention this excellent film.Regards, Bill.

I am hoping that someday someone will manage to come up with better vampire dialog than just that hissing noise. Nothing to me is worse than an immortal who has managed to gather almost infinate wisdom, power and finances over several lifetimes and all they have to say when the going gets rough is "HISSSSSSSS!"
