My first attempt at a HDR picture.

I must confess, I have been cheating on every one of you and been going to another forum :( It’s a photo forum where I learned about something called HDR and here is my first ever HDR pic

Merit Badges Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Delemont SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Must start a thread with a photo of your birth year SAK Start a new thread and post a photo of the minimal sak (2 layers or fewer) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread with a photo showing the axe in use Start a new thread and post a photo of a traditional folder for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread including a photo of shooting at least two (2) different airguns and at least one (1) photo of target (airguns) Must have a review written in the proper format and posted on the Main Site Must post a step by step pictorial of a knife or multitool modification (scale swap not included) Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of  a Case knife  for 30 days Participate  in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a LM Pocket Survival Tool for thirty (30) consecutive days.  Post a pic for Halloween of your pumpkin (or turnip or gourd or whatever you traditionally carve for Halloween!) being carved by any SAK, multitool, pocket or woods knife you may own!  Only available once a year Start a new thread with a photo of your custom ALOX with scissors Start a new thread with a photo of custom or non standard SAK scales in your collection Start a new thread and post a photo of a flashlight as part of your EDC Start a new thread with photos of camping, including those showing preferred camping equipment Start a new thread showing photos of your outdoor cooking Start a new thread with a photo of a modded knife or multitool with your EDC

The effect is very dramatic...like the opening scene of an epic movie or something. :)

Very nice! I love HDR, and have tried a few myself, but so far just playing around (nothing worth posting). One of these days I plan to get serious and take a few sets of pics from a solid tripod overlooking the city off of Casper Mountain at sunset and see what I can't come up with.

HDR is tricky, I haven't even contemplated trying it yet. For a first try that is a fantastic shot.
