List of front/back tool pairings?

Can anyone point me towards any lists of which front tools have been paired with each back tool (or vice versa)? I'm primarily interested in 91mm, but 84mm would be of interest, too.

Edit: I'm referring to factory pairings.

Well the basic champ layers:

Metal saw/file. — chisel
Woodsaw. — technicians flathead
Scissors. — hook
Opener layer — awl
Standard Blade layer — corkscrew

Then of course you have the blade layer with back phillips. Someone with one of XXL champs can probably list a few other ones.

On the XXL, it's a bit different:

wood saw - none
combo tool + watch opener - technician flathead screwdriver
pruning blade + electrician's blade - technician flathead screwdriver
serrated blade + 93mm awl - hook with nailfile

The rest like enginears posted above.

On the XXLT and XAVT the same as on the XXL.

It should also be noted that when the long nail file is paired with the scissors, the scissors open from the opposite end of the SAK than the usual configuration.

Here are a couple additional.

In the Master electrician and the bass fishing models they put the small flathead on the back of the opener layer I think.

Another good layer that is on the master electrician is the big blade/electrician blade with a phillips on the back. That is the same tool arrangement as the single layer 84mm electrician.
