I ate a pound of yogurt (damn those two-pound containers of Yoplait at Walmart and Food Lion), a banana, and a sliced turkey breast with cheese sandwich, all spaced out by about three hours. XD

I hate being sick.

You were sick before or after eating that much yogurt?  ???

Ryan - in US measure a quart is roughly about = to a liter.

Lunch was 1/2 a Chipotle Burrito bowl (leftover) and a couple pieces of beef jerky.

Diet Coke to wash it down. :D

Hmm, how carroty does it taste?  Also, why doesn't spellcheck underline the word "carroty?" o.O

It is quite 'carroty' though there are plenty of other things in there as well.  Often I find carrot soup too sweet but this one was fine.

Just polished off a huge cheese and bacon crepe and side salad, very nice it was too, but I'm feeling bloated now and I'm realising I need to start eating better.  :-[
