After A LOT of searching I have managed to find that the one I am keen on, the Mudman, has it's stopwatch as the first option of it's modes, so it is simply a 2 button press. That would be ok.
I have emailed them as well. Will be interested if I get a reply. 
Well the site said "If your email requires a response, one of our staff will reply in 1 business day" and shockingly enough, I have had no response!
So I guess I am back to you guys again.
I noticed that eodtech sold a mudman not long ago to someone. Are they still here? Is the stopwatch easy and fast to put on? I have heard the buttons are hard to press.
