WTTF/WTB: Leatherman Blast or Fuse
on: January 31, 2011, 03:34:03 AM
If anyone has a Blast or Fuse (preferably Blast but if you have a Knifeless Fuse that would be top) please PM me. Can be in pretty much any condition, I don't want it falling apart or abused, but if it's used that's fine. I'm hoping to either buy ir for cash or partial-trade for either a Fenix E01 or a Fenix L0P-SE.

What is a fuse worth these days?  Do you have any cool folders for trade?  Leatherman Free style?

Leatherman Fuse goes for brand new 33 bucks on Amazon. The only folder I currently have is a byrd Meadowlark, but I want to keep that unless it's a brand-new Fuse or Blast being offered for it.

It's a mint/new Fuse.  I'd say around 98-99% mint.

What version is the Byrd (1 or 2?)?  Full Flat Grind?  What kind of blade?

I have no interest in those particular lights you have offered, but have gotten into folders lately...

That seems a lot like the Spyderco Persistence I just got (except for the lock).  Nice knife.

Oh sorry, it's the G10 ver. 1. It's not FFG, it's the hollowground one. 8Cr13MoV, right? Also comes with a titanium deep-carry pocket clip, which, since this is a used knife, and I got it used from Ari on this forum not too long ago, was put on there by him as an aftermarket thing, but which I did not like (it sticks out too much IMO) so I put the stock one back on.

Lemme get some pics, just a sec.

I thought I put in an extra screw. ???

You did, I left it out because 4 of them were the same length, and these two were a shorter length. I figured the stock probably had the shorter screws since the stock clip is less thick than the titanium one so I put the two short ones in there and the other clip and the 4 longer screws are in the bag.
