like Mike Horn's SAK(s).  Anybody know when the Ule Steck "Titanium"  is coming out??

Well I like the scales.  I'm yet to be convinced by the blade/driver thing :)
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

Nice! The website says April.  The Ueli Steck SE model commands a good premium over the other models, but maybe the street price will be a little better.  Love those scales, I wonder if a regular 85mm blade from another model could be adapted to work with the linerlock.  With the large cutout on the scale should not have any problem getting the nail-nick.

I've already seen it in several shops. 120-155 euros. Seems way too expensive to me, though cheaper than the original 250dollar price that I heard quoted.

:tu: Indeed...handle is great, but BDT (blade/driver thing) must be replaced with a knife

Is it just me, or does having a wrench with a sharp edge just seem like a bad idea?

From iniltial appearance, I would agree with you.  But, "something" is telling me to reserve judgement

Also, IMHO, if they made a titanium (big blade of course) and it had the "guts" of the evogrip 18.  I'd be a happy boy!! :tu:
