Power Potage
on: March 24, 2011, 09:22:43 PM
We are having severe storms right now and a tornado has hit close to us. Power has been out and now back but don't know for how long. Please be patient if you can't get through. I will try to ship as soon as I can but things pretty much a standstill right now, thanks.

Be safe. Take care of you, fam, and friends. I don't have an order in, but I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I say all that can wait.

This is called a Swiss Army Knife. Do you know what Switzerland is? Switzerland is a place where they don't like to fight, so they get people to do their fighting for them while they ski and eat chocolate. - Larry David

He's still signed into Messenger, so he's obviously still got power.  Let's hope it stays that way!

One other huge problem Tim has that he hasn't let on about is that his area is between two large rivers, both of which are in serious danger of overflowing.  If that happens his entire neighborhood could be flooded, him included.  So, keep him, his family and neighbors in your thoughts.

Yes this rain and wind in California is getting old.  Obviously it doesn't compare to the stuff people in the midwest and east coast suffer through, but for us spoiled Californian's it gets old.  My yard started flooring onto my patio because my drainage got clogged and all my neighbor's yards drain into ours.  Once I unclogged the drain, there was a little creek flowing through my yard into the drain.  I'm looking forward to the summer where it is dry and hot.  Bring on the triple digits!  I'll be loving it when it is in the 100's and the hills are golden again.

Cheers
