Its not that its illegal its just that black shows up better after a document has been photocopied .What Micky said was most Legal documents MUST be filled in with black ink . He didnt mean it was illegal to use it .Dunc

When I was studying various security, investigation and other law enforcement type things I was told in no uncertain terms to always use black pen. Of course, I was also told always write in all caps, and while I adhere to these rules, I see many cops not bothering, and their notes often look like a prescription from a drunk doctor. I'd hate to be trying to prosecute a case with the cop's notes as evidence.Def

Go figure.
