Yeah, I've been umming and ahhing for a while about trying a full size LM, but with the string of bad luck I've had with them so far there was no wayI was going to chance full retail on one. Glad this came up and looking forward to putting this through it's paces ... plus it helps a guy get a new chainset too  :D

Win, win! Thanks harvey121  :salute: :tu:

Cheers Paul  :tu:

I'll see how I get on with it first, and decide what role (i.e. location) it's probably going to fall into first. Hoping it should be here by the end of the week.  :salute:

no problem mate , these adapters means you can use normal driver bits, plus lots of other bit options  :tu:

WOW  :o

Impressive set up mate  :salute: For some reason I never seem to have that much call for drivers etc, but I can see how it opens up the options  :tu: :tu:

Its nice to have a few extra options on a MT  ;) i use the phillips bits on my bike while out riding if needed, plus hex etc,  :tu:  its just so much easyer and cheaper to get standard bits, plus it fits in smaller spaces better,

Excellent, cheers mate - looking forward to it  :tu:

On the rare occasion I've needed an odd driver in a tight spot, it's been the Vic wrench that comes with swisstool and spirit that's come to the rescue. A lot easier to manipulate than a full MT, and option for high torque or restricted access. Kind of turns any hex bit into an allen key. I also got a ratchet driver from Maplins which works straight (inline), at 45 degrees and at 90 degrees, and that's saved the day once or twice too. I've had both in my backpack for about 6 months or so I reckon (Swisstool CS plus is standard pack EDC for me). Both these are available at very reasonable prices and (so far) have beaten any available MT hands down. The Vic tool is definately work a look for bike work I'd say, although the ratchet driver from Maplins is a little bulky. Definitely worth a look though Paul
