I suspect that this tool have no website. I think it was a uncontrolled semi-handicraft production in "difficult" for Russia times (1990-2000). Many companies do non-core product order to survive.

I am intrigued by the credit card tool; I always assumed it was a relatively modern thing, seeing its popularity on Ebay, nowadays. (the cheapest multitool you can buy)

Was it a Soviet design, or was it just copied from an older design?
