Help with SwissGrip..

Can anyone help me with my SwissGrip I won in first giveaway....

I don't have adapter for bits, the one that goes on long flat screwdriver...

I've tried to contact Wenger, but no reply from them so far (it was a month ago), don't believe their CS is bad, just think they don't look at this part of the world like they would look at US, UK, EU etc...

So anyone here can help me, and as I untherstand there is some trinklet that holds bit holder on plier handle.... 

Just if anyone have some spare, and we'll work something...

EDC when I got in contact with Wenger to get a replacement Swiss Cross for your SwissGrip's missing one they were really prompt in replying & most helpful. I will see if I can find the email address    .

I did not think to ask about the bit holder as I know numerous people have tried but lucked out  .
Can not hurt to ask again
