DIY fine screwdrivers for corkscrews?

I remember reading that someone had done it- I'm looking for insites. It is either that, or or make one that fits into the scale.

for all the effort required its probably alot easier and cheaper to buy one to be honest, but good luck if you try

I was thinking like a 000 phillips, but yeah, I'm thinking a scale tool might be the best bet.
