Ok, so maybe I have a problem, but at least it's a Mini problem   hahaha, I crack myself up.

I love these Mini Tools and have finally tracked down all the different versions that I was trying to find. I'd sure love to have the one (known & and photographed) version that I'm missing but since I've never seen one for sale, I'm not going to fuss about not having one. Here is my small Mini Tool collection :D

One of my favorites, in my pocket today too. :tu:

Good luck finding the Hoffritz branded one. Don't think I ever saw that one. Enjoy the hunt.

I just received a Hoffritz branded mini yesterday, not as old or unusual as Bob's though ;)

It has "HOFFRITZ" etched on the main blade, and "Leatherman, USA" stamped on the tang. This one has regular pliers (with "Leatherman, USA" around the pivot), but just to be different it has two different handles:
"LEATHERMAN MINI TOOL", "US PAT PEND", "PORTLAND OR" on one, and
"LEATHERMAN MINI TOOL", "US PAT 4744272", "PORTLAND OR" on the other handle.

It looks unused, and no signs of the knurled screws having been undone, so probably not a repair job.  No date codes in either handle.

Do you also have a Volkswagen branded one like basilio posted recently? :D

Thanks.  No, I don't have a VW branded mini, and Basilio's is the only one I've ever seen  (and I'll be keeping my eye out for one from now on).

I do own a VW T5 Transporter van though, and I'm planning to buy a new VW Golf R later this year, does that count ?

Maybe you can trade one of them for the Mini?

>:D

Actually I have a feeling I saw one with the VW logo on the pliers before, just can't remember when or where.
