Now the boss says it's "Red" and I'm sure with the proper lighting conditions and filters....  :P

these are his pictures (I made no changes but size) but common people, it's Pink! (am I color blind :think: )

Not that their is anything wrong with Pink, I understand Pink was strictly a mans color back in the day (dark-ages of course) and somehow it got switched over! (I really wonder how and why)

and this is just a joke and I'm making silly with the boss (Ben help me not get banned!!!  :ahhh ) but I wanted to know what you all thought  :salute:

(and side note it's probably one of the coolest kayaks I've ever seen even with it's wear!)

I hear red fades to pink under the sun too long...so its pink.  :D

I'm laughing my ass off that you guys have picked up on this!  My father is also a kayaker, and we have a bit of a friendly rivalry about it.  I have a 17 foot boat, his is "only" 15 feet, so I say he's got the kiddie boat.  He responds with a comment about my "pink" boat, so it must be a girl's boat.  It's the kind of thing we drop on eachother all the time.  For example, when he was visiting last month, and we would discuss where to go for dinner, I'd overrule him because he doesn't have a "Man's boat."

We did a similar thing years ago when my brother, father and I all had Timex Iron Man watches, but we'd always say that one of us didn't get an Iron Man, but instead got a Rubber Maid watch.

At any rate, this is a great topic, and I admit, while the boat may look pink in many pictures it is indeed red, although I think Whoey may have hit the nail on the head with this comment:
