Another great video find Steve.  I've got to say that I'd want a slightly bigger stick holding the log up if I was the one adding the moss though!

well if we want to dig into the details, that handle had a chunk missing, by the looks of it (although this could be entirely wrong) the bit had quite a way to go before the shoulder so it could have been driven on a bit further and the edge had a real chance of being overbuffed with that metal polish (a problem most knife makers who use convex grinds run into when letting a new person finish the edge/knife)
