My folks actually have a narrow boat and have been round the wheel, but I've not done it myself.  It's an impressive thing though.

And yes Autumn does hit here first, now excuse me while I put on my sealskins, I need to get ready and go make a new igloo. ::) :D

My dad was actually involved in the process of sorting out the Wheel. It is a very cool project, and a really clever solution to the problem. Some really cool engineering went into it too 8)

An excellent project to be involved in.  I really should go and visit it myself sometime soon.

Currently doing a little work on the house (vacation  :P), so I haven't been out in the nearby forest for a couple of days, but
I took this picture of my backyard (view from our terrace) while drinking my coffee this morning..:  :)

A hanging bridge for pedestrians only. The acttive volcano Mt. canla-on at the back is only 50 kms. from our city. It has an elevation of more than 8,000 feet.

These are some of the shots I took while in Jasper several weekends ago doing a camping trip with a university club, I went was with the group that climbed both days.

The view of Pyramid Mountain, where we parked and from the base of the crag, named Juno.

Only shot I took of a full scene of climbing, 27m long route. Hike out was super gnarly to look at.

Nice shot of the view from climbing day 2. This crag was called Lost Boys.

Big man Senan leading overhanging 5.10c, Colin easin' up 5.10b on a new rope.

Decent shot right before dark of Mount Robson
